This intensive 12-month hybrid professional development program is designed for those who provide consulting services as part of their current job and those seeking to enter into private consulting practice. The program includes:

• Two in-person retreats in Portland, Oregon - an opening retreat in January and a closing retreat in December 2023 (airfare & lodging not included).

• Bimonthly Zoom work sessions from Jan - June, and monthly from July - November.

• Guidance in refining your vision, analysis, skills and practices towards improving client outcomes & satisfaction rates, and building your practice through high-impact strategies.

• Support & mentorship from 2 extraordinarily experienced organizational equity consultants who have 50+ years of combined experience and demonstrated success achieving high client satisfaction rates and meaningful outcomes.

• PAID opportunities to work on El Porvenir & Subduction Projects.

• Eligibility to be listed as a collaborative partner on Subduction Consulting’s website and to receive direct project referrals.
