Organizational Equity Consulting
We work with each of our clients to develop a customized scope of services to meet your goals and respond to your unique challenges.
We start each project with a comprehensive assessment to identify your team’s current strengths, knowledge baseline, and any specific interpersonal & structural challenges.
We engage senior staff in regular Leadership Strategy Sessions to:
clarify your goals & objectives,
craft an effective approach for achieving you goals,
develop strategies for staff engagment & accountability

We support your team in building its capacity to continue the work without consultants through staff training, executive coaching, workgroup facilitation, conflict intervention, and more.
Training & Workshops
All of our capacity-building services (trainings) are customized to meet your goals and provide content that is relevant and applicable to your team’s daily work.
Our sessions are engaging & interactive, and designed to strengthen working relationships and increase understanding of key topics.
We are still primarily providing capacity-building services virtually, but we do offer in-person & hybrid services when being together in the same physical room best serves the project goals.
Conflict Transformation
Conflict transformation requires recognizing dynamics of power and oppression are always involved in interpersonal conflict and must be addressed to create a new future that is sustainable and just for all. Rather than restoring a problematic past, we are striving to create a more just future.
Our team’s unique combination of equity analysis and conflict transformation skills allow us to support small and large groups in working through interpersonal conflict towards sustainable solutions and strengthened relationships.
