John H. Ashford Jr.

John began his spiritual journey, at age 13, by entering Precious Blood Seminary, a sect of Catholic missionaries "dedicated to creating communities of hope based on the interconnectedness of all...building community through the inclusion of the marginalized, walking in solidarity with those who suffer, and to seeking reconciliation in a divided world."

It is this foundation that supports John in his 30 year career working with youth and their families in the Northwest, teaching and supporting those afflicted by violence, conflict, and trauma. He is actively involved in training agencies worldwide in effective strategies and communication.

Over the years, John has continued his pilgrimage of knowledge through Tai Kwan Do, Tai Chi, Cinnabar Meditation, Ifa Religion, Matrix Energetics, and most recently Access Consciousness. He brings all of his skills and awareness to the table and continues to serve.
