In collaboration with El Porvenir Services:
Is your approach to conflict creating the world you want to see?
Are you tired of trying to avoid conflict or defaulting to people-pleasing?
Are you exhausted by rehashing the same old arguments endlessly on social media?
Are you struggling to make progress in committees, collaboratives or collectives that purport to share a common goal, but struggle to agree on focus, strategy or tactics?
Do you want to do your part to create a world where we engage with conflict and harm in restorative, healing ways?
Join Carlos Kareem Windham, of El Porvenir Services, and Theresa Logan, of Subduction Consulting, for a live, interactive, 3-part workshop series to learn:
Approaches for reframing conflict as an opportunity for productive transformation rather than an evil to be avoided or defeated.
Strategies for analyzing the race, gender and power dynamics in interpersonal and organizational conflicts, so you can choose strategies that center equity and justice.
Tools and skills for:
reclaiming your voice and your humanity amidst challenges and difficulty,
finding empathy for yourself and others,
recognizing and regulating trauma responses,
setting and holding healthy boundaries,
intentionally navigating challenging terrain towards the transformation you desire.
